We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist who is driven by a people-first mindset, results, flexibility, and teamwork. As part of the People/HR Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and office management.You will contribute to our ambitious growth plans and be part of an evolving scale-up business that currently operates in different marketplaces globally.   • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Recruit for various roles including sales positions (Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Business Development Representatives), product roles (2D/3D Artists, Scriptwriters, Content Developers, Software Developers), and corporate roles (Finance, Human Resources, etc.) for the Spanish 🇪🇸, French 🇫🇷 & Mexico Market 🇲🇽
  • Manage job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, BambooHR, Indeed, and others.
  • Work under agile methodologies, including bi-weekly sprints, daily stand-ups, and other structured frameworks to ensure efficiency and adaptability in HR processes.
  • Analyze hiring data and optimize recruitment strategies using our HRIS, BambooHR.
  • Maintain and update our internal ATS to ensure candidate data and status are accurate.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Oversee HR operational tasks, including asset management, HR documentation, and compliance.
  • Provide daily HR support to employees regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related queries.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including training, team-building activities, and culture development.
  • Work with HR tools such as Notion, BambooHR, and LinkedIn to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support business needs and improve HR processes.
  • Assist in office management tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our headquarters.

Requisitos🎯 What skills should you have?

  • +3 years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment and operational HR functions, preferably in an international environment.
  • Spanish and English (C1) proficiency is a must; French is a plus.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, including proactive candidate sourcing and talent attraction.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and using data to optimize HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily HR operations.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with teams across different locations.
  • Experience working with HR tools such as BambooHR, Notion, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of office management and employee support processes.
  • Proactive, people-driven, enthusiastic, and a great team player.
