Nestled in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, the hotel offers an unparalleled blend of comfort and style, featuring refined dining, a serene spa, and bespoke service tailored to each guest’s needs.We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be involved in various operational and organizational activities to support both employees and the overall structure.Main Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the occupational health physician for scheduling pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups
• Manage the HR calendar and maintain an organized archive of documents
• Coordinate mandatory training courses (Health & Safety, Fire Safety and First Aid Teams, HACCP)
• Organize internal activities such as:
• Orientation for new hires
• Birthday and anniversary celebrations
• Lunch with the GM
• Celebration of Employees & Leader of the Quarter
• Regularly update HR notice boards
• Maintain attendance records for agency staff and support monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Italian and English
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and efficient
