For this great opportunity, we are looking for our motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

• Assistance our multinational HR department with administrative support in Associate Development Field
• Contact person for partners and topic of expertise (in English/German/Hungarian)
• Pre-align future training details with internal and external partners, steakholders
• Supporting training organization and administration for the HRS countries
• Gather, complement, and treat required data, reports based on existing templates
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Document preaparation (in English/German/Hungarian)
• Working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

QualificationsRequirements:

• You have an active full-time student status at a college or university, pursuing a BA or MA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field in Hungary
• You can work with us for a period of at least 6 months, for at least 30 hours per week
• You have good command of English, German and Hungarian languages
• You are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the field of HR, while being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
