We’ll help you grow professionally, find (or further) your passion, and make memorable connections that last beyond the program!The Human Resources team is responsible for providing coaching and support that enable the business to effectively deliver their plans in achievement of both business and Human Resources strategies. Human Resources delivers advice and support to managers and employees on all Human Resources related areas including performance management, career planning, leadership development and coaching, talent acquisition, total rewards and compensation and local and global policies and legislation.As an intern, you will:

• Join an enthusiastic and driven Benelux Human Resources team where you can contribute on local and Benelux level

• Join several meetings with the Human Resouces business partners, both local meetings and sometimes regional meetings,

• Assist in HR administration

• Contribute to implementation of (new) Human Resources related policies,

• Assist in the on- and off-boarding of colleagues,

• Join in the Fun Force committee and assist in coordinating social events,

• Assist colleagues with Human Resources related questions.

Required Qualifications

• You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program (Business Administration and/or Human Resources/Organizational Psychology).

• You enjoy working in a dynamic and international company and are confident communicating in English.

• You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

• You can deal with confidential information

Location

• This role is located in our Huizen or Tervuren offices in a hybrid setting.

CareerStart Program dates:

• The internship can start as of February 1st 2025 with a minimum of 6-months, with a possibility to extend to 12 months.
