We foster an environment built on trust and transparency, where everyone’s voice is heard.How you’ll live your ambition:From our offices in Genoa, as a Learning Manager for onboard colleagues, you will be responsible for the implementation, development, and monitoring of pre-boarding training programs for EU and non-EU personnel, ensuring that newly hired staff acquire the technical and attitudinal skills necessary to fill the main on-board roles.Demonstrate your passion

• Chart the course of our training strategy, conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement coordinating with Talent Acquisition and HR Fleet Hotel Operations Partner teams.
• You will design and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives both for EU FSE and NON EU Preparatory Schools training models.
• In accordance with onboard operational models, you’ll develop training materials coordinating with Head of departments corporates to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of each department.
• You’ll coordinate training logistic activities organizing travels & accommodation of all trainer and partners involved.

• As a trusted advisor, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• You’ll oversee the training budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• That’s the opportunity to work with several departments. You’ll work closely with department heads to ensure training programs are always aligned with operational development of each department.
• Stay Updated. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development.

• Extensive experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on the training field.
• Academic background in HR, Economics, Psychology, Business, International Studies, Languages.
• Your experience and knack for building strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and achieving exceptional business results.
• You are talented in organizing, time-management, prioritizing and administration.
• Every day, you drive excellence through a data-driven approach and analytical mindset. You possess advanced skills in MS Excel and are proficient in using PowerPoint to support your initiatives.
• As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English. Proficiency in other languages will be considered an asset, in addition to Italian (mother tongue).
• Teamwork comes naturally, inspiring others to give their best.
• Willingness to travel.
