David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard an HR Manager to join their teams in Krakow.Position: HR ManagerLocation:Krakow, PolandEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary & bonus.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continuously evaluate and improve organizational processes and overall business performance through observation and analysis.
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project and initiative progress.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks, focusing on minimizing employment-related issues and risks.
Offer guidance and expertise in employee relations, policy application, and workplace best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in English (C1), both verbal and written.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment such as BPO, shared services, or similar industries.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong people management focus.
Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to mentor and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Strong skills in data interpretation and reporting to support decision-making.
Knowledge of employment legislation and experience with enterprise or collective labor agreements.
