We are searching for a HR Manager to join our cohesive & passionate team in adidas Turkiye.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team for critical “HR Manager” role. This position aims to sustain best in class rewards & benefits policy and practices with collaboration of global teams, ensure effective budgeting, operate accurate bonus calculations, and ensure smooth payroll management, while also managing union-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the Global Rewards team to align compensation strategies and initiatives.
-Calculate sales bonuses and back-office bonuses with accuracy and timeliness.
-Ensure forecast accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports related to compensation.
-Serve as the Finance point of contact for budgeting and reporting activities.
-Coordinate union collective work agreement processes and perform unionization-related calculations.
-Partner with Global Business Services to facilitate seamless payroll operations and administrative processes.
-Work closely with HR Business Partners to support talent acquisition and manage offer administration.
-Lead the Flexible Benefits project, overseeing implementation and ensuring a smooth transition.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including sales incentives, bonus structures, and union-related compensation policies.
-Solid understanding of financial forecasting and budgeting processes, with the ability to prepare and interpret compensation-related financial reports.
-Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools; ability to perform complex calculations with accuracy and efficiency.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Global Rewards, and Shared Services teams.
-Knowledge of payroll systems and processes, ideally within a multinational environment.
-Experience in managing collective labor agreements and union negotiations, including related cost analysis.
-Project management capabilities, with a proven track record of leading and delivering HR or benefit-related projects (e.g., Flexible Benefits implementation).
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
-Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting compensation data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
-Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:

-Has a Bachelor’s Degree from related departments
-Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR Operations is preferred
-Fluent in English
-Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
-Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs
-Experience with SAP
-Has good organization & planning skills
