As our HR Manager, you will be at the heart of our organisation in a stand alone role. Your responsibilities will include:

• 🌱Talent Acquisition: Attracting and selecting top talent to build a diverse and skilled workforce.

• 💬Employee Engagement: Crafting initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and boost morale.

• 📊Performance Management: Implementing performance reviews and strategies that align with our company goals.

• 📚 Training and Development: Designing and facilitating training programmes to support employee growth.

• ⚖️Compliance and Policies: Ensuring adherence to employment laws and managing HR policies effectively.

• 📋Conflict Resolution: Providing guidance and support in resolving employee issues and fostering a collaborative environment.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who brings not only experience but also a zest for life! You should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR management, ideally in the Travel, Entertainment, Sports & Leisure industry.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practises.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-ability to connect with individuals at all levels.

• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
