Compensation: Base salary + bonus🧾 What you’ll do:🔍 Evaluate and enhance organizational processes and performance through analysis and insights
📊 Provide timely updates and reports to senior leadership on projects and initiatives
⚖️ Ensure full compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards
🤝 Support cross-functional teams while proactively mitigating employment-related risks
💼 Offer expert guidance on employee relations, workplace practices, and HR policies🧠 What you’ll bring:🇬🇧 Native/fluent English (C1), both written and spoken
👔 At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
🏢 Background in BPO, shared services, or high-volume environments preferred
📈 Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on people management
🖥️ Experience with HRIS systems and modern recruitment tools
💡 Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams in a fast-paced setting
📊 Strong data interpretation and reporting capabilities
