Dental Monitoring was promoted in the Next40 for the third year in a row.If you are an HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience, the following may interest you!The HR Manager EMEA/APAC Role
- Develop and implement HR strategies, processes and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary procedures and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partners to the Management team and provide guidance and support HR-related matters to drive organizational effectiveness on HR-related matters.
- Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions to ensure a positive, healthy and safe and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Manage the HR Specialist (based at our office in Montpellier) in charge of the same scope as yours. You will lead her and help her to develop her full potential!
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Responsible for the performance management cycle: advise on performance management issues and lead minor investigations, work closely with managers and employees to track, measures and reports HR concerns, opportunity, plans for development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Stay informed about current HR trends and developments and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Payroll department and ensure an accurate and timely processing of employees’ payroll variable elements.
- Contribute to a positive work culture by fostering effective communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
- Promote DM’s culture, values and employer branding.
- Design and promote communication on HR related topics to employees.
You will be successful in this role if
- You’re adaptable, eager to learn.
- You are looking for a scale-up / start-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiatives.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- You demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate complex HR related topics.
- You have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software and tools (Office suite,…).
- You are fluent in verbal and written English and French.
