Job description

Humangest, a company specialized in Recruitment and Selection services, is currently looking for an HR Manager Italy on behalf of an international industrial group.Reporting directly to the Global HR Leader, the selected candidate will manage both strategic and operational HR activities across the company’s Italian sites.Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals;
• End-to-end HR process management: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance;
• Coordinate Talent Development, Salary Review, and HR Budget activities;
• Support leadership in organizational change initiatives;
• Assist functional supervisors in managing teams, shifts, and daily operations;
• Ensure proper personnel documentation and labor law compliance;
• Act as a bridge between HQ and local sites, identifying practical solutions;
• Suggest improvements to foster team motivation and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Economics
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multi-site contexts
• Fluent English (C1) mandatory for international communication
• Residence in or near the San Benedetto del Tronto area is considered a strong plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the company’s Italian plants
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
