HR Manager – Luxury 5* Hotel, Sicily

Location: Sicily, Italy

Salary: Negotiable (Accommodation Provided)

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join this incredible 5* estate in Sicily.

This role is to provide a professional and caring Human Resources service to all management and staff, to minimise staff turnover, and maximise career development potential.

Responsibilities:

* Work alongside the Area HR Dir, General Manager and HOD’s to ensure the continuous development of the HR function
* Develop, implement and be accountable for delivering the HR strategy for the business to drive employee engagement and high performance
* Support the management team in all recruitment processes
* Manage informal and formal employee relations including dispute resolutions, disciplinary matters, grievances, absence, family leave, retirement, redundancy etc

Requirements

* Have current HR generalist experience in the hospitality industries, preferably in hotels
* Be able to work independently, managing your working week, diary etc
* Have great attention to detail and be able to produce information in a timely manner
* Have great personal skills and able to work with both the management team and head office teams
* Be fluent in both Italian and English
