Job Description:For one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Officer (m/f/x) in Amsterdam. The company is operating in the Architecture, Design, and Sustainability Industry.Main responsibilities of the HR Officer in Amsterdam

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor law and adapt HR practices accordingly
• Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports to ensure adherence to HR regulatory requirements
• Manage employee relations issues, including dispute and disciplinary procedures, in compliance with labor law
• Guide the recruitment process to ensure adherence to anti-discrimination laws
• Foster informed HR and management teams through training and support on compliance-related matters
• Oversee HR department documentation, including contracts, employee records, and compliance reports
• Act as liaison with legal counsel, addressing lawsuits and external audits

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on compliance and legal issues
• Expertise in employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information discretely
• HR professional certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
