We’re actively building it.Mission statementAs a HR Business Partner at Keyrock, you will provide strategic partnership and guidance to business leaders while acting as a bridge between the HR team and business units. Your role is crucial in maximising productivity, engagement, and output through effective human capital management in our fast-paced digital assets algorithmic trading environment.Key responsibilitiesProvide comprehensive HR guidance and support to assigned business areas, with particular focus on trading and technology teamsPartner with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectivesDrive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, succession management, and performance optimizationManage employee relations and facilitate resolution of complex personnel mattersCollaboration with other HR sub-teams (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Program Management) on day-to-day operations and strategic initiativesDevelop and implement HR policies and processes that support our trading operations and regulatory compliance requirementsProvide data-driven insights and metrics to support business decision-makingBackground and Competencies7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner roleExperience supporting high-performance teams in financial services, trading, or financial technology sectorsStrong understanding of compensation structures and practices in trading and financial infrastructure environmentsExperience with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial servicesProficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics toolsExcellence in stakeholder management and communication across diverse, global teamsStrong business acumen and understanding of trading/quantitative talent managementExperience managing HR programs in hybrid/remote work environmentsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldTrack record of effectively utilising technology and AI tools for work and productivity is a strong plusStrong track record of navigating either EU, UK or Switzerland labour regulations and practices will be considered a significant advantage.Being based between GMT -1 to GMT +3 is a requirement.Our recruitment philosophyWe value self-awareness and powerful communication skills in our recruitment process.
