We are hiring a Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of payroll and benefits processes. You must possess great communication skills, high energy, the ability to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.This is a full-time position with competitive pay, opportunity for continuous growth, and many more employer perks. -To gather information on hours worked by each employee by checking the system
-To check on a monthly basis different types of leaves including annual, non-paid, etc. from the system
-To prepare, check and send over blank input on a monthly basis
-To calculate the correct amounts of overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the systems provided by the company
-To file health reports on a monthly basis
-To prepare a list for Individual Pension (BES)
-To update salary information from the system
-To handle annual leave-related reports for each department and send a report, actual balance 
-To process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner related to payroll – play slip related questions
-To check output control frequently
-To handle all communication with local banks
-To prepare all HR-related reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
-To stay up-to-date and comply with Turkish labour law
-To handle other duties as assigned


-Bachelor’s degree.
-A B1-B2 level of English (both written & spoken).
-Min. 3 year of end-to-end payroll experience.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
-Experience on Success Factors, nice to have.
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
-Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
