Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupports Schaeffler Iberia HR Manager in the fulfillment of the following processes of the Schaeffler Group:Monitoring objectives and policies.Personnel Recruitment: Filling vacant positions on the basis of personnel planning or unscheduled needs.Personnel Management: Maintenance of personnel data and administration of personnel files.Personnel Development: Employees development through definition and fulfillment of qualification requirements.Environment, Health & Safety ( EHS ).Supportscoordination of Business activities and management of pertinent documentation with contractors if needed.Monitoring of System control of entrance and exit time of employees.Supports Payroll process providing some necessary information.Ideas Management on location level.Ensures implementation of policies and guidelines, plans and reports on location level.Your QualificationsEducation : Higher or intermediate degree, preferably in Psychology, Law or Economics.Job Experience: Desirable minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.Language Skills: Fluent in English Human Resources Management.AspectsSupport HR BP or also Manager HR / Manager HR BP, and take over responsibility for defined workstreams as part of HR projects, if required.CompetenciesSkill HR: Manage HR systemsSkill HR: Analyze and apply HR analyticsSkill HR: Build strong partnershipsSkill HR: Apply HR processesSkill HR: Handle labor relations and legal requirementsSkill HR: Develop and promote conceptsSkill HR: Consult your stakeholdersSkill HR: Contribute to HR StrategySkill HR: Drive the transformationAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
