The Supply strategy looks to deliver a Superior, Smarter,Simpler, Synchronised, Sustainable E2E Supply chain, with Associates at the heart of all we do.Our Value Leadership is a key enabler of our ambition to serve more pets by unlocking our future growth through competitive COGS as well as differentiating the E2E model (scale vs. flexibility). Supply will have to play a leading and pivotal role in both Manufacturing Network and Supply Chain Value Leadership programs. The role will co-pilot across the full range of activities spanning across all areas of Supply and Manufacturing. The new job holder will be a member of the project teams and will have a “functional family” in the regional PNE P&O Supply BP team. The job holder will also business partner 2 or 3 regional teams with the Regional Directors.The purpose of this role is to build the people agenda based on the regional P&O and Supply Strategy, leading the P&O workstream of the Supply Strategy while fostering associate advocacy.
