Req ID 78671 | Lezama, Spain, ZF Sachs España S.A. (Sociedad Unipersonal)Job DescriptionWe are reinforcing our site HR team at our location in Lezama and are looking for a dedicated HR Representative to join us.What You Can Look Forward to as HR Representative:

• Labor Contracts: Develop and manage labor contracts, including new hires, extensions, and settlements. Monitor daily time and attendance, and control absenteeism. Coordinate with temp agencies for recruiting temporary labor.
• Payroll & Social Security: Calculate payroll, Social Security contributions, and taxes.
• EHS Collaboration: Work with the EHS team to manage necessary training and plan annual medical checks.
• Staff Training: Promote and manage staff training initiatives, develop the annual training plan, and manage grants through the Tripartite Foundation.
• Employee Support: Address staff queries and provide support.

Your Profile as HR Representative:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administation, Psychology, Law, Labor Sciences, or Labor Relations. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related Human Resources experience.
• Familiarity with labor legislation, Social Security, EHS matters, and ISO standards (ISO TS 16494, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
