What you’ll build

In this role, you’ll contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes that directly impact the employee experience across multiple countries. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting benefits administration, and ensuring timely execution of HR services. Through your attention to detail and commitment to quality, you’ll help create a reliable and compliant HR environment where employees feel supported and valued

You’ll:

-Support Benefits Administration by coordinating and maintaining employee benefit data, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
-Manage daily HR operations and handle service transfer requests, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent service delivery.
-Prepare HR reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance requirements.
-Ensure accurate data handling across HR systems, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
-Oversee the maintenance of employee files, including optical archiving, scanning, and related administrative duties to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
-Contribute to other ad hoc HR activities, supporting projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives as needed
 

What you bring

You bring strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality HR services in a dynamic, international environment. Skilled in communication, planning, and data accuracy, you handle confidential information with integrity and precision. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure, thriving in multicultural teams. Proficient in MS Office; HR systems experience is a plus. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and prior HR or customer service experience are advantageous.
