DescriptionApplications are invited for the position of HR Services Manager – Medical HR (Consultats Unit) in the Human Resources Department of St Vincent’s University Hospital.Role Summary

• To work collaboratively within the HR Directorate and the HR Leadership Team to identify and support the design of HR initiatives.
• Lead the team to ensure delivery against the HR goal of delivering a simple and consistent employee experience.
• Accountability of day to day performance of this section of the function, including the establishing and reporting of relevant KPI’s for HR performance.
• Proactive demand planning and ensuring the HR team resourcing is sufficient and in place to deliver services.
• Collaborating with all areas of HR to ensure new or changed HR services, processes or policies are communicated, planned and implemented effectively across the operating business.
• Ensuring relevant local policies are designed and managed in line with legislation and best practice.
