HR Solutions and Project ExpertAre you passionate about HR transformation and eager to grow in a dynamic, cross-country environment?Join our HR Solutions GBS team as an HR Solutions and Project Expert and contribute to impactful HR initiatives across Hungary, Slovakia, and Croatia.Location: Budapest, HungaryKey Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and execution of HR projects.
• Assist senior project leads in gathering requirements, preparing plans, and tracking deliverables.
• Participate in testing and rollout of HR systems and digital tools.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and shared service centers to harmonize HR practices
• Transform HR data into actionable insights through advanced data visualization techniques.
• Ensure compliance with local standards during project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in HR/Economics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of project management and HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Fluent in Hungarian and English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Driver’s license (Category B) is a plus
