Welcome to Bosch.Job Description► Screen, process, edit incoming orders according to defined work instructions. As well as ensure the maintenance of all relevant data in the corresponding IT systems for this specific area► Gather, complement, and treat required data, reports, statistics and presentations based on existing templates► Analyze existing standard processes within the area and work on solutions to optimize and guarantee their best execution. Coordinate new and further procedures with superiors and customers► Regularly present actual C&B Cz related topics to HRBPs, local HR manager & other stakeholders, attend regular meetings► Contact partner for topic of expertise, proactively search for information regarding legal, governmental and tariff changes in the area of Compensation and Benefits Cz. Further clarification in regards to content and technical realization of the topic, not limited to HRS department► Document and update processes, taking company and local regulations into consideration► Participation in yearly Annual Salary Review and Bonus Calculation processesPlease be aware that this position is a maternity cover, fixed-term opportunity with maximum 2 years long contract.Qualifications► Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.► Experience: You have experience in personal administration (preferably in SAP). You have 2-3 years of previous experience in multinational environment, preferably in Shared Service Center.► Languages: You have advanced Hungarian, English and Czeck/Slovakian skills (written and spoken)► Personality: You are precise, analytical and proactive.
