About the role:At SD Worx Spain, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Granada on a temporary basis (approx. 1 year) to cover a temporary position. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where people are at the core of everything we do.The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, and a proactive attitude to support both employees and management. A high level of English is essential, as you will be working in a multinational context.What do you have to offer?

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing payroll administration and management of compensation and benefits programs (including health and life insurance).

• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies.

• Demonstrated ability to provide day-to-day HR guidance to line managers and resolve complex employee relations issues.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Experience supporting workforce and succession planning, identifying training needs, and evaluating development programs.

• High level of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Full cycle payroll administration

• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages

• Administer health and life insurance programs

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

• Provide HR policy guidance

• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning Identify training needs for teams and individuals (Support)

• Evaluate training programs Suggest new HR strategies
