, As HR Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role within the HR department, overseeing daily operations and supporting the strategic direction of our workforce management. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to ensure HR policies are implemented effectively and support a culture of excellence, compliance and employee engagement.Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.
Provide guidance and support to HR staff and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Localization of the process standards related to the HR module of INOVANCE headquarters in Hungary, such as personnel development, salary management, performance evaluation processes and disciplinary procedures etc.
Lead in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Monitor HR metrics and report on key data to support decision-making.
Support the IT team to complete the construction of HR-related systems.
Support each department to complete the personnel localization construction .
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team-building activities.
Partner with management to identify workforce needs and support talent development initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years+ HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Multiculture working background is preference.
