We foster an environment built on trust and transparency, where everyone’s voice is heard.How you’ll live your ambition:From our offices in Genoa, as HR System Analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing the operational teams with a supporting and up-to-date system to grant the efficiency of the crew management process. You will be responsible for implementing new technological solutions, maintaining existing systems, and analyzing technical data to ensure HR systems effectively support business needs.Demonstrate your passion

• Contribute to the development of the crew management system.
• Participate, mediating with other stakeholders, in the definition of the most appropriate schedule of the enhancement of the crew management system.
• Advance your skills with Power BI to create insightful and actionable reports.

Get things right

• Collaborate with the IT department to prioritize and resolve system issues/bugs related to the crew management system.
• Promote and support our HR analytical initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

What makes you unique

• You have at least 2 years of experience in IT systems and database management.
• Experience acquired in complex, multinational companies will be a considerable asset.
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
• As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English and Italian.
• You are able to use Power Bi, data mining, Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
