About this roleWe’re looking for a Training Administrator (Working Student) to join our HR Learning & Development team. You will play a key role in supporting our training programs, ensuring smooth administration, and helping employees access the learning they need to grow. This role is ideal for a student who wants to develop their skills in HR, training coordination, and business support while balancing academic commitments.What you will doTraining Administration – Scheduling training sessions, managing attendance records, and handling inquiries.Learning Management System (LMS) Support – Uploading materials, tracking enrolments, and generating reports.Coordination & Communication – Liaising with trainers, employees, and external providers to ensure seamless training delivery.Data Management – Maintaining accurate training records and supporting compliance tracking.Process Improvement – Helping identify ways to enhance training efficiency and employee learning experiences.What you will needCurrently enrolled in university (preferably studying HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field).Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Training AdministrationWhat we offer:Hands-on industry experienceGreat location, new officeGreat team and friendly atmosphereDevelopment opportunitiesTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
