Gestagua (part of the SAUR Group) is responsible for the management of the integral water cycle in its entirety or in some of its phases.We are currently looking for a HR Trainee to be based in our office, in Madrid.Functions:

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees in French Overseas Territories (Reunion and West Indies)
• Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.
• Ideally first experience as HR trainee
• Fluent in French and English. Spanish appreciated
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
