We are looking for an HR VIE who will provide support to the FCE CHE Plant, and who will be based in Nagykáta (45 minutes from Budapest). You would join an international Plant of around 400 collaborators with 8 VIEs sharing this adventure with you!The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
The role of the Human Resources VIE is to support the Plant HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group’s human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:

• Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
• Be the Coordinator of all VIEs at the Plant
• Participation in HR projects, and audit support
• Manage Training Plan from development to execution
• Use creativity in enhancing Internal Communications
• Active participation in Employee Engagement activities

Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate will have/be:

• Master’s Degree preferably with a specialisation in HR
• A first experience in the HR function ideally within an industrial environment
• Familiar with HR Information systems as well as strong MS office
• International mindset – ability to work at all levels of the organization
• Be ready to make a difference
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
