HR Project ManagerBarcelonaAre you an aspiring Project Manager/Project Coordinator?Looking for a position that will develop, challenge & reward you?Does the idea of managing multiple projects through to completion & driving business engagement excite you?!If you’ve answered ‘Yes’ to the 3 questions above, then we have an incredible opportunity that we’re sure you will be interested in.Due to internal progression, we are seeking a talented, driven & dynamic individual to join us as a HR Project Manager in our fabulous Barcelona office.The purpose of this position is to manage and drive global/regional projects that operate under our Global HR Platform portfolio, in accordance with our PMO frameworks.In addition to driving multiple projects forwards, you’ll be actively involved in our Agile implementation roadmap & continuous improvement initiatives.You will:

• Manage Projects of different size and complexity, utilizing global teams working across internal and external stakeholders
• Drive Projects in accordance with the set GHRP project framework and with agile methodologies
• Act as the Scrum Master for an agile team
• Prepare the agile team and backlog for Program Increment Planning event and lead the planning exercise
• Manage the delivery plan for the project and the agile team iteration commitments on time, and within scope and budget
• Set milestone plans, define roles and ensure responsibilities
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues through action plans
• Acts as an advocate and governor for GHRP processes, service catalogue and ways of working

You will bring:

• Demonstrable Project Management/Project Coordination experience for the last 2-5 years
• Exposure to working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Stakeholder & Internal-Partner management skills
• A desire to learn, develop & grow as a Project Manager
• Strong organization & communication skills, acting as the bridge between our developers & the business
• Problem solving ability
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to breakdown complex information
• Fluent English language skills (any other languages are advantageous)
