You pride yourself on your accurate and careful approach.How you’ll help us.Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Director HR Services and Total Rewards, and as part of the role, you’ll:Provide first-line HRIS support to employees and managers, answering questions, providing access to the relevant HR systems (SuccessFactors, Concur, Egencia, StoreForce, ATOSS, etc.).Maintain generic data in all systems, making sure all data are entered in a consistent way.Prepare reports such as new joiner and leavers reports and other overviews, as required by HR and other departments.Create Quick Reference Guides.Provide necessary training to all users.Be responsible for the analysis and provide technical support for improvement of daily activities associated with various HR processes and programmes.Manage the upgrade of existing systems and modules and the implementation of new modules.Actively support the integration of SuccessFactors with other systems.Actively manage the relationship with external implementation and support partners.Provide support in the preparation of HR dashboard and reporting.Manage system upgrades.Follow all relevant Department and Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.More about you.Degree in Administration/Business Management/Human Resources Management/Information Technology3 years of experience in an HRIS role in an international organisation.Experience with SuccessFactors (preferably certified in at least Employee Central).Preferably experience within Wholesale and Retail organisation including systems like ATOSS, Storeforce or similar solutions.How we’ll help you.Your wellbeing is our top priority.
