Cooperation in an international environment, required knowledge of German at min B2 level in addition to Polish.Tasks:– supportting of employees in the issues of human resources and payroll
– responding to employee inquiries regarding personnel issues – contracts, leave, documents by phone, e-mail and chat
– checking information in the internal system
– processing of ongoing orders from the country
– contacting with the national HR unit
– extracting reports from Excel
– ensuring professional support and building relationships with internal customersRequirements:– fluency in Polish and German
– MS Office knowledge
– willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
– personnel Administration and Payroll experience
– experience in working on SAP and ticketing system
– communication skills, commitment and willingness to gain new experience in HR and payroll is a mustOffer:– stable employment (employment contract)
