Dutch/English speakerWe are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to drive safety and environmental initiatives across two production sites in Zeeland. This is a brand-new position, created to strengthen the company’s commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance. As the HSE Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape safety culture, implement global strategies, and make a real impact on both the shop floor and senior leadership.What you will be doing?

• Oversee and implement HSE policies across two production plants in Zeeland
• Ensure compliance at an operational level—from training people in the plant about safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance with local stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate across all levels, from shop-floor operators to senior leadership in France.
• Foster a culture of safety, going beyond compliance to drive engagement and awareness.
• Adapt and implement global safety strategies to fit local site needs.
• Work within a matrix organization, collaborating across different teams and locations.

Is this you?

• 5+ years of HSE experience in a production, logistics, or maritime environment.
• A proactive and hands-on leader who can engage teams and drive meaningful change and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• A strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in Dutch (due to local regulations and government interactions) – Must have qualification.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in safety (or equivalent).
