Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toHSE ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Service division located in Vittuone (Milan). You will be mainly accountable for: •Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions. •Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks. •Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB. •Management of HSE documentation related to external activities (DVR,POS,DUVRI ecc..). •Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Engineering field or related to Health-Safety-Environment
• At least 2 years of experience working as HSE Engineer in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of D.LGS 81/08 regulation.
• Nice to have: knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 regulations.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
