It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.As HSE Supervisor, you will join our Department/Function HSE, in the business line Drilling, conducting the following activities in one of the Offshore Drilling RIG of the Company’s worldwide fleet:ACTIVITIES:

• Provide professional support to ensure that all activities carried out are conducted in strict accordance with Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, international standard and Client HSE requirements
• Provide specialist advise to Vessel Management Team and workforce for the interpretation and implementation of the applicable HSE procedures
• Liaise with the HSE department onshore to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
• Assist the Vessel Management Team and the workforce in the HSE Risk Assessment process
• Take part in HSE related Audit/ Inspections/ Incident investigations ensuring correct reporting of HSE data and monitoring of corrective actions

QUALIFICATION:High School diploma in technical fieldKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:Good level of EnglishLABOUR RELATIONSHIP:Permanent ContractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE:Over 5 years in Offshore DrillingIT SKILLS:Good level of MS Office package knowledgeSOFT SKILLS:

• Effective communication
• Leadership and authority
• Stress management and resilience

NICE TO HAVE:

• NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health
