As an essential part of the new energy field, BYD’s battery business opening up all linkes in the entire industrial chain of energy from harvesting to storage, to application.Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate, supervise, and implement the HR management of overseas employees in the business unit according to the company’s regulations on foreign personnel management.

• Develop and enforce the overseas HR management system for the business unit, covering all modules including recruitment, training, development and promotion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage expatriate personnel for the business unit, including assistance with visa processing, insurance procurement, family visit leave management, and handling assignments and repatriations.
• Oversee the full HR management process for foreign talent both domestically and internationally.

Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for a background in management-related fields.

• At least 1 year of HR-related experience, familiar with HR management principles, and possessing knowledge of overseas laws, regulations, and immigration management is preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus, with proficiency in English as a working language.
