About the role

* Serve as a reliable advisor and collaborator for both management and employees on HR-related issues.
* Create and execute HR strategies , policies, and initiatives to align with organizational goals.
* Lead recruitment efforts, including candidate selection and onboarding processes.
* Oversee performance evaluations, career growth plans, and succession planning activities.
* Provide guidance to managers on resolving personnel issues and fostering a supportive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with HR laws and employment regulations while offering advisory support.
* Identify training requirements and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
* Contribute to organizational development and change management projects.

The successful candidate

* You are already an HRBP profile that has worked in a multisite fast-paced environment.
* You know the Dutch labor laws and regulations.
* You have experience working and communicating with unions and syndicates.
* You speak English and Dutch
* You are flexible, systematic, and hands-on.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change
