And the ability to create value through this is our goal.Who we are looking forWe are currently looking for a HR Business Partner, dedicated on the main areas of Operations, in particular for the plant located in Santa Maria di Sala (VE) and the Distribution Center in Padova. The person will support general HR needs defining, implementing and measuring HR plans and activities with relevant business leaders and managers, in order to increase overall organizational capability and performance to meet business targets.As a HRBP, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with the Managers of the functions on their workforce planning requirements and adding value by enabling, advising, influencing the implementation of staffing solutions that fulfill the needs of the Functions;
• Guaranteeing full coverage of talent acquisition process in the Functions, by attracting, searching and engaging resources required by business plans within time;
• Providing counsel and guidance to line managers on training, performance management, people development, by identifying developing, retaining talent and key resources through effective systems.
• Providing leadership and developmental guidance to employees as it relates to their professional growth;
• Anticipating and assessing the gaps between business needs and people systems/capabilities, using information to drive appropriate actions;
• Leading initiatives related to Org Development to support strategies, while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Law or Work and Organizational Psychology
• You have maximum 3 years of experience, former experience working as HRBP/HR Generalist in large-size/multinational companies is a plus;
• You are fluent in English
• You have excellent skills in the full Microsoft Office suite
• You are a solid business thinker and doer, result driven, analytical and problem solver by nature, able to think out of the box and introduce innovation, good communicator;
• You have a mature personality, intellectual honesty, mental flexibility, confidential and reliable;
• You have a knowledge of Italian Labour Law (for us is strong plus!)
