Join our dynamic HR team based at our corporate office in Brussels, Belgium.As an HR Intern, you will:

• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents.
• Help maintain and update employee records in our system.
• Provide general administrative support, including document filing, answering employee inquiries, and maintaining HR databases.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives.

Starting date: July 2025.Duration: 6 months.This internship is full-time and compensated, based in Brussels, Belgium. You will need to have an internship agreement from your university in order to apply for this position.QualificationsEducation: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Personal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Additional InformationWe support your development!
