The main responsibilities will be:

• Identify the best talent (through screening or research) and handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs
• Partnership with senior business stakeholders to align and execute the recruiting strategy
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Ensuring a professional customer focused interaction both internally and externally
• Working on other recruiting projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related
• An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to manage up and influence
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively closely as part of a team
• A high performer with exceptional organization
• Excellent spoken and written English is required, additional languages are a plus.
• Able to maintain confidential information and discretion
