Job DescriptionAre you looking for an internship in an international company? Does the idea of learning about different HR topics excites you? If so, maybe you’re our next HR intern! You will be immersed into the world of HR while getting a lot of freedom, flexibility and on top of that you will be joining a dynamic team who is looking forward to share their expertise with a curious student.Your responsibilities:

• You support our HR Business Partner/Compensation & Benefits Manager during their daily activities
• You are responsible for the recruitment of all the interns of JDE Belgium
• Placing ads, planning interviews, screen candidates
• You will be involved in the onboarding of our new employees
• You are responsible for organizing the New Associate Orientation Day
• You contribute to new HR initiatives or projects (for example Healthy You)
• You are responsible for the internal communication within JDE
• You help optimize HR processes within the Employee Life Cycle
• You’re a member of the team that will give you the support, knowledge and experience you need
• You get the chance to fill in your internship according to your own strengths and interests

Qualifications

• You are in the last phase of your Bachelor/Master in the field of Applied Economic Sciences, Business Sciences or Psychology , preferably with a specialization HR
• You can speak Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• Hands on, independent and dynamic are words that suit you perfectly
• You are fulltime available for a period of at least 4 months starting in July/August/September/October 2025
