Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human resources trainee to join our HR department. The ideal candidate has good Spanish and English skills, and a genuine passion for people and hospitality. You will support the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day HR processes with a focus in internal communication, documents and contracts, training, engagement activities.Period available: from February to AugustWhat you will do

• Helping with Belmond policies, processes and procedures, so to be compliant with local law
• Helping the HR team with administration daily tasks
• Promoting events and property news internally
• Coordinating new hire orientations, ensuring our new joiners have a smooth start
• Assisting with training and development activities, such as managing mandatory employee trainings in class and online
• Assisting in organizing any company social activities

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English
• Passionate about people and talent development
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Computer literacy should include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

• Team working and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Adaptability
• Emotional intelligence
• Interest in social media management
• In order to be eligible, you must be a current student and a citizen of one of the member states of the European Union
