The company has been experiencing sustained growth for several years and relies on a corporate culture focused on performance, innovation, and collaboration.Job DescriptionAs HR Manager, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the HR strategy in France and across a European scope. You will manage a small HR team and work closely with international HR teams.Your main responsibilities:Lead the local HR strategy in alignment with business and regulatory objectives.As a true Business Partner, you will act as a liaison with management and leaders to support them on managerial issues, strategy, performance management, change management, and employee engagement.Supervise operational HR activities: payroll, labor relations, people management…Structure and lead employee journeys.Work in close coordination with the international HR team to harmonize processes and develop innovative HR practices.Qualifications

• You hold a higher education degree (Business School, Master’s in HR or Labor Law) and have significant experience (+ 7/8 years) and at least 5 years in a similar role with broad HR scope
• Expert and very experienced in French labour law
• High willingness to develop effective working relationships with Business Leaders and understand and support business needs (ideally in Sales environments)
• Experience in handling CSE
• Experience and willingness with working in a international HR Team

You are fluent in English and are known for your initiative and ability to implement processes.
