Les Bateaux Belmond is searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Manager to join our team in beautiful Burgundy, France!In this role, you’ll be key in shaping our employee experience through thoughtful engagement planning and the HR functions. You’ll ensure fairness and consistency in compensation, benefits, and employee relations while collaborating with various teams to bring HR strategies to life.If you’re fluent in both French and English and that you are passionate about creating a supportive and engaging workplace, we’d love to hear from you!Primary Responsibilities

• Day to day HR property operations including recruitment, employee welfare, policies, processes, team engagement and payroll
• Championing and driving all aspects of learning and development
• Reporting across all areas of the business within several systems
• Ambassador of HR for the business and being available to the team for all their needs
• Working strategically with the General Manager to understand the business needs and align processes to support on this journey

• Demonstrably strong people management skills and experience
• Good level of financial acumen
• Good level of communication skills both written and spoken
• Previous experience within hospitality desirable
