Supporting HR Business Partners where appropriate
Managing all employee relations cases/grievances/disciplinaries
Officer administration within the HR function/letters/contracts/systems updates
Absence management
Carrying out exit interviews
Onboarding of new starters
2-3 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR roleWho we are looking for
Proactive and motivated attitude.
Excellent communicative skills.
Progressive attitude.
