In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our HR operations by handling administrative processes, ensuring compliance with local labor law, and acting as the liaison between HR and our payroll provider.What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day HR administrative activities, including preparing employment contracts and letters, maintaining employee records, and managing onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with French labor laws and internal company policies, staying informed on any legal or regulatory updates.
• Act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related matters: collect, review, and validate monthly payroll inputs, and coordinate closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including probationary period reviews, contract modifications, and terminations.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the HRIS and manage personnel files with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide timely and professional responses to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and terms of employment.
• Partner with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to support broader HR initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and provide operational support as needed.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Proven experience in an HR administrative or specialist role in France.
• Solid understanding of French labour law and HR practices.
• Experience working with payroll processes and liaising with payroll providers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
