We are looking for a Customer Support Representative for a Prestigious Travel Company.If you are an empathetic individual with excellent listening skills, a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy being a team player, this is the perfect job for you!Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Support Representative, you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Listening to, responding to, and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information, and following established processes via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in Icelandic (C2 level) and advanced English.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
  • Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues.
  • Work Approach: Goal-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
  • Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
