Job DescriptionYOUR ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Management Applications/Technical Analyst with a strong background in .NET development and cloud technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, along with Linux proficiency. They will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Icertis Contract Management solutions, leveraging Microsoft Azure services, AI and data analysis to help our clients optimize their contract lifecycle management processes, identify risks, and improve business outcomes, using the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Icertis Contract Management solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Manage and optimize solutions hosted on Linux environments.
• Integrate and manage Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Key Vaults, and Azure SQL Database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Icertis solutions with existing systems.
• Work with RESTful APIs and web services to enhance application functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Icertis and cloud-based applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing and contract management systems.

Skills & RequirementsYOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior technical experience working with the Icertis Contract Management platform
• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business processes
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Key Vaults, and Azure SQL Database.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
• Experience working in a team and managing other team members.
• Experience working in an international and multi-process environment.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
