💰 Salary: Between £42,114 – £45,977 per annum (depending on experience)

For over 35 years, ICMP has been at the forefront of contemporary music education, offering personalised, industry-focused training to help students thrive in the competitive music industry. ICMP delivers innovative undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including specialisations in Electronic Music Production, Live Event Management, and Music Marketing.About the RoleThe Learning & Teaching Manager is a member of the senior academic team responsible for key workstreams relating to our educational practices, as well as the cultivation of our academic community. The role has specific responsibility for the development of learning, teaching and assessment practices, and evaluating the impact of these enhancements on the student experience, including student continuation and satisfaction metrics.The post-holder will be the Quality Nominee for the Academic Team, being the conduit between the Quality and Academic functions.As a member of the Senior Academic Team, the Learning & Teaching Manager will also contribute to the operational management of the academic function and work closely with the Dean and other senior academics in the delivery of the departmental operational plan.The Learning & Teaching Manager may also be called upon to deputise for the Dean or Programme Leaders to represent ICMP in the external environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management
