Responsibilities:Responsible for leading, organizing and controlling of projects in all areas of the material flow in the warehouse (inbound, outbound, replenishment, empties and storage areas) related to the defined automation strategyPrepares and maintains the updated automation strategy, budget and invest requestsEnsures the sustainability and the qualification of the warehouse operators related to the new technologiesContributes to the department roadmap, tracks and executes the strategic projectsResponsible for the annual planning and budgeting of project related resources (human, physical, financial etc.)Prepares requested reports according to the SCM/WH and Material Flow related processesIdentifies and implements new technologies, methodologies, tools in order to achieve higher productivity and efficiency regarding assigned processes and utilization of resourcesRequirements:Degree in a relevant field, project management qualificationKnowledge about modern warehousing and material flow technologies3+ years of project management experienceExperience with Lean principles and methodsProactive, team player personality working with high quality standardsGood English language skills (written and spoken)Experience with SAP system is an advantage (IM/WM)Why should you choose us?
