We stay ahead of market trends, adapt quickly to emerging needs, and are now building a brand-new IAM/PAM platform to strengthen our security posture.Your RoleAs a Technical Configurator on our IAM/PAM team, you will design, implement, and maintain core components of our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions:

• Install, configure, and manage One Identity Manager, One Identity Safeguard, and Active Roles
• Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for IGA/PAM environments
• Monitor systems to ensure integrity, performance, and high availability
• Drive continuous improvement through documentation, process optimization, and automation
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Workplace & IAM team and external partners (e.g., Microsoft, One Identity, Quest)
• Contribute to the rollout and operationalization of our new PAM platform

Your Background
We’re looking for someone with strong technical expertise and a holistic mindset:Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with IGA/PAM platforms, preferably One Identity Manager and/or One Identity Safeguard
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and automation frameworks

Personal Attributes

• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across multiple disciplines

Nice-to-Have

• Certifications in One Identity technologies and/or Microsoft identity solutions
• Familiarity with Quest tools and ecosystem
